Carlo Sibulo

Director / Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Carlo has 12 years experience in the exercise rehabilitation industry and has worked in hospital and private clinics throughout Australia. Carlo specialises in the management of ‘Invisible Illnesses’ such has Mental Health, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), hEDS/EDS, Hypermobility, IBS, Orthostatic Intolerance (OI & POTS), and Long COVID. He has done further studies in Trauma Informed Care and plans to pursue further education in Psychology. His mission is to create public awareness around the invisible illnesses and have created Wellness Station to provide a private space where people can work on their bodies, nourish their minds and build human connections in a safe and inclusive environment. Outside of his work as a pain and fatigue specialist, Carlo is family man who enjoys spending time with his 2 kids and wife whilst exploring the great Australian outdoors.

Clara Toperosa

Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology

Clara has been in the industry for 8 years working with chronic pain, musculoskeletal injuries, osteoporosis, PCOS, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, and other physical and intellectual disabilities just to name a few. Clara has a focus on strength and conditioning and in assisting with return to exercise routines.

Clara aims to provide an inclusive, safe and collaborative space for all people and likes to work together with her patients and clients to achieve goals. Within all her sessions she uses a person-centred approach and utilises the most up to date research, whilst also considering health conditions or injuries to formulate a tailored exercise plan. When not in our clinic, Clara enjoys playing football, running, and strength training.

Caitlin Osborne

Receptionist
Physiotherapy Student

Caitlin is currently on a gap year and preparing to commence her Physiotherapy studies in 2024. Living with a chronic illness herself, Caitlin possesses a deep passion for assisting individuals in attaining their optimal levels of health and well-being. Moreover, she aims to establish an inclusive and supportive healthcare environment for patients. When Caitlin is not occupied with her studies, you can find her at the gym, enjoying the company of her two cats, or fulfilling her role as a Sports Trainer for a local football club. She is always delighted to lend a hand, so feel free to approach her at the front desk for a friendly chat.

Eena Reyes

Practice Manager

Eena has been in the movement industry since 2015 and is the co-founder of Wellness Station.

Her mission is to create a safe and inclusive space where patients can regain focus and control of their health. Eena also ensures that Wellness Station’s referral network is of the highest quality so that our patients receive optimal care beyond our doors. We have a wide referral network which includes Psychologists, Dietitians, and Medical Specialists.
